Yorkare Homes is currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and servicing in all of the Homes across the group.

This role will include travelling, a vehicle will be provided.

Overview of Job Description:

  • Working across the expanding group of homes – reporting to the Operations and Development Directors
  • To manage and oversee the maintenance and servicing of all the homes in the group to a high standard
  • Managing the upkeep and renovations of existing homes in the group
  • Health & Safety across the group
  • Liaising with servicing contractors – ensuring best value and cost efficiency at all times
  • Involvement in commissioning and development of new homes in the group
  • Managing the Homes/Group Maintenance Teams – completing supervisions and appraisals
  • Ensuring the safety of staff and residents as well as yourself at all times

Experience in a maintenance role is essential

Experience of a Care Home environment would be advantageous.

Salary is dependent on experience
