About Lindsey Hall

Lindsey Hall is a care home in Cleethorpes, North East Lincolnshire, which provides residential and dementia care, in separate areas.

The Home was awarded an Outstanding rating by CQC. We are the first care home in North East Lincolnshire to achieve this accolade, with only 3% of care homes in the country being awarded the rating. The Home also won the prestigious Pinders Healthcare Design Award for the Best New Build Care Home 2017 in the UK.

The care home is located a short walk away from the local shops and Cleethorpes sea front. The original school building has been completely retained, and has created fantastic lounges and dining rooms as well as our internal street scene. The street scene, which has become the heart of the home, includes an internal bowls green, bandstand and 7 shop fronts for reminiscence. These include a general store, music store, antiques shop, beach hut, florists and guest house. The arcade area will have working facilities including an old fashioned pub, cinema, post office, hair and beauty salon, café and shop. The street scene and arcade are fantastic for reminiscence and giving residents the feeling of going out into the community but without leaving the safety of the home. The Home also has 4 private sensory gardens with allotments, themed areas and an outdoor artificial bowls green. All bedrooms have en-suites, are on the ground floor and range from 20-25sqm. A lot of the bedrooms in the residential unit have their own doors out to patio areas.

Graham (Son of Resident on 27th June 2018)
“Lindsey Hall is a lovely home for my dad. It has been beautifully furnished and well planned and thought out. The separate residential side is excellent and means that all residents get the care that suits them best. I find all the carers, management team and other staff to be very helpful and caring both to me and my dad. Whenever there have been any aspects of concern they have always been discussed and wherever possible a satisfactory resolution is found as quickly as possible. I am happy that dad is being looked after and all his needs are catered for. ”
Jenny M (Resident’s Daughter on 23rd February 2018)
“I would just like to say thank you so much for the love and care given to Mum and myself throughout her stay. The team gave her an unlimited amount of love and comfort at a very stressful time of her life and were a great support to myself when i needed a shoulder to cry on (and there were many times), The team on Haven South are a credit to your company. ”
Sue R (Resident’s Daughter on 28th March 2018)
“I think it is very good because carer's are always rushing about and doing things for us. The food is variable and they take your interests into account. Activities are very good, we have lots of things we can chose to go to, there is always something going on. The accommodation is very comfortable and safe. ”
Mavis (Resident on 19th February 2018)
“I've been here nearly two years and I like it here, I'm quite used to everything now. I am well looked after and the activities keep me well occupied. ”
Gill (Resident on 21st February 2018)
“Thank you to all staff for your kindness and support towards my mum, I feel very positive that she is being cared for very well. We always find the staff very polite and extremely helpful, nothing seems like too much trouble.”
Dawn (Resident’s Daughter on 17th November 2017)
“Before I moved my uncle into Lindsey Hall I worried for several weeks if it was the right thing to do. I can tell you it definitely was. The staff are outstanding and are so welcoming when visiting. Friends have all commented on how well he is doing when visiting and it's all down to the care and attention he is receiving. ”
Carole (Daughter of a Resident on 19th October 2017)
