24 Days of Christmas Across Our Care Homes

We are incredibly proud to be running our 24 Days of Christmas Calendars for the second year in a row across our group of care homes.

This wonderful initiative began with the creative idea of one of our home managers, and we were delighted to bring it to life across all our homes. Each calendar is proudly displayed and pre-filled with 24 days of festive fun, thoughtfully tailored to reflect the individual interests and personalities of the residents in each home.

Throughout December, it has been heart-warming to see so many festive activities taking place. Residents have enjoyed a wide variety of seasonal experiences, including stained glass window painting, decorating handmade Christmas decorations, hosting Christmas fayres, and festive Turkey & Tinsel lunches. There have also been memorable pantomime trips, Christmas shopping outings, and cosy celebrations such as Hot Chocolate Day, Elf Day, and Christmas Jumper Day, all bringing smiles, laughter, and plenty of festive cheer!.

Christmas can be a lonely time for many, but in our homes, togetherness is at the heart of everything we do. We ensure that everyone feels surrounded by love and companionship, with friends and families warmly invited into the homes to join in the fun, not just at Christmas, but all year round.

We are incredibly proud of our dedicated teams whose passion and creativity make moments like these possible. Thank you to everyone involved for helping to create such a magical and meaningful festive season for our residents.
