The newly opened Haxby Hall Care Home in York has been announced as a finalist for the Knight Frank Care Home Awards in the Luxury Care Home category.

From 150 submissions, the newly opened Haxby Hall Care Home has been announced as 1 of 4 finalists for the Knight Frank Luxury Care Home category.

Every detail at Haxby Hall, from the grand water fountains in the landscaped gardens to the magnificent communal areas, has been impeccably designed and speaks volumes about the standard of the whole development.

It’s more akin to a five-star hotel than a care home and there’s no doubt it’s going to be a very special place for residents to live as they start the next chapter of their lives.

Global property consultancy Knight Frank officially announced all finalists for the Care Home awards on 24th July 2024, recognising excellence in the sector.

The winners for each category will be announced at this year’s 10th Healthcare Property Lunch in October.

Each finalist is judged by an independent panel comprising Mike Parsons, Andy Porter, Bhavna Keane-Rao, Paul Hammerton, and Melissa Magee.

Haxby Hall offers 63 ensuite bedrooms, and the facilities include an in-house bar, restaurant standard dining rooms, a full beauty salon and hairdressing suite, a cinema, and outdoor terraces on each floor. There are also large gardens and a bowling green.

Every bedroom is designed to be spacious with superb décor and exceptional interiors. All the ground-floor bedrooms have doors leading out to private patio areas and our premium suites have their own lounge areas and these are already proving popular with both couples and individuals.

A huge congratulations to all the other finalists.
