A huge congratulations to the residents, staff and management at Magdalen Park who recently achieved their second Outstanding rating by CQC!
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulate care homes and conduct a thorough inspection over two days. They audit our policies and procedure and speak to the staff, residents and family members. Only 4% of care homes currently have the top rating, and very few achieve it for a second time!
Nicole Rands, Registered Manager, said ‘We are so proud to achieve another Outstanding rating from CQC. This is down to the dedication of all of the team here, they work so hard to provide such high quality care.’
