About The Role

Yorkare Homes is a leading luxury care home provider, based in East Yorkshire, with numerous Outstanding ratings from CQC.

Our Marton Gate Manor Care Home is set to be an award-winning Home in Bridlington.

This new development is part of the Yorkare Home group providing outstanding residential, dementia, and respite care.

The development starts soon and is expected to be completed in Summer 2025. The Home is located on Marton Gate, close to Sewerby Hall and a short walk to the beach

This luxury 58 bedroomed care home will include facilities such as an in-house bar, restaurant standard dining rooms, a full beauty salon, and hairdressing room, a cinema, a convenience store, and outdoor terraces on each floor. The home will offer large, beautiful gardens, with a bowling green, allotments, and private seating areas for family, friends, and residents to enjoy.

All the bedrooms are designed to be spacious and will all come fully furnished with en-suite and all will include highly finished décor and interiors.

The ground-floor bedrooms will include doors out to private patio areas. There are also premium suites which all have their
own kitchenettes or lounge areas and have been specially designed for couples or siblings but can be used individually also.

As the Registered Manager you will provide high levels of support to both residents and their families, whilst engaging and developing your team.

Our role is to provide the tools to lead a successful care home, with support and guidance when required.

Experience for this role is essential, in either the Registered Manager or Deputy position of an elderly care home.
