Marton Gate Manor includes two in-house bars with a Barista Station, restaurant-standard dining rooms, a full beauty and hairdressing salon, a cinema, a bowls green, a greenhouse with raised gardening areas, and outdoor terraced balconies overlooking the surrounding area.
All the bedrooms are designed to be spacious and come fully furnished, complete with an en-suite wet room. Each room is adorned with highly finished décor and interiors, and the ground-floor bedrooms include doors out to private patio areas.
Our Dementia Care Living is situated on a dedicated floor and is designed to create a home-from-home providing a sense of familiarity that helps support and ease our residents to settle into their new surroundings.
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator / Receptionist
(CV selections will commence W/C 21st April with interviews beginning to be scheduled starting the following week and ongoing until opening)
£13.30 per hour regardless of age
Shift pattern 9am -5pm Monday to Friday
A 37.5 hours per week role.
The Admin Assistant/Receptionist is the first point of contact of residents, visitors and attending professionals. The role is to ensure guests and residents are given advice and support both face to face and over the telephone, and to complete administration tasks for management/Head office.
It is essential that all our staff are;

- Willing to undertake any training necessary to develop skills and competency relevant to the role.
- Sensitive to the needs of others.
- An active team player and must be able to work on own initiative.
- Possess good communication skills with colleagues and residents.
Overview of Job Description
- To give advice and support both face to face and over the telephone
- Controlling and reconciling fees, petty cash, residents money and funds.
- Preparing monthly staff hours reports for payroll, monitoring and amending the deputy system.
- Checking invoices, delivery notes and passing to head office monthly
- To complete administration tasks for management/Head office.
- Set up and monitor staff and resident files, both hard copy and digital files.
