Celebrating National Pet Lovers Day Across Our Care Homes!

Today, our care homes were filled with even more love, laughter, and wagging tails as we celebrated National Pet Lovers Day!
From fun games like “Whose Pet Is This?” to special visits from our furry friends, reminiscence of pets we’ve had, our teams came together to share their love for pets.

Pets are a huge part of our work family – our managers often bring their dogs into the homes, which our residents love, and at Head Office, we don’t miss out on the cuddles when Elizabeth brings in the lovely Molly!

Beyond the fun, we all know just how much pets benefit our well-being:
✅ Reduce stress & boost mood – A cuddle with a pet can lift anyone’s mood!
✅ Encourage social connections – Pets bring people together.
✅ Support mental health – Their unconditional love is truly therapeutic.
✅ Promote physical activity – Walks and playtime keep us moving!
A huge thank you to everyone who took part and to our four-legged visitors for spreading so much joy.
