Christmas Festivities!

Across the Yorkare Homes group Christmas activities are in full swing, with staff and residents getting into the festive spirit.

The Homes are fully decorated and, as part of Challenge 19, residents had a number of challenges they could partake in. This included joining a choir, to perform a Christmas carol concert, and making Christmas wreaths. See the pictures below of the residents at Beverley Parklands who made their own Christmas wreaths to hang on their bedroom doors, such a fantastic effort!

There are also the annual Christmas parties at each Home, when the residents and staff welcome friends and families and enjoy some entertainment whilst raising some money for their resident funds. Little visitors are also treated to a special visit from Father Christmas. See the pictures of the party at Lindsey Hall, in Cleethorpes.

The Christmas period is always a lovely time in our care homes, with a special thank you and well done to the amazing activity teams who create such fun and varied Christmas programs throughout December.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from the staff and residents at Yorkare Homes!
