Our beautifully designed care home is tailored to meet the diverse needs of our residents. From private, cosy rooms to spacious communal areas, every corner of our home is crafted to promote comfort and well-being. Large windows flood the spaces with natural light, while our landscaped gardens provide a tranquil retreat for residents to enjoy the fresh air and natural beauty.

The Care Home includes two in-house bars with a Barista Station, restaurant-standard dining rooms, a full beauty and hairdressing salon, a cinema, a bowls green, a greenhouse with raised gardening areas, and outdoor terraced balconies overlooking the surrounding area.

All the bedrooms are designed to be spacious and come fully furnished, complete with an en-suite wet room. Each room is adorned with highly finished décor and interiors, and the ground-floor bedrooms include doors out to private patio areas.

Our Dementia Care Living is situated on a dedicated floor and is designed to create a home-from-home providing a sense of familiarity that helps support and ease our residents to settle into their new surroundings.

A safe and secure care home with all the required safety measures in place, the home has emergency call systems in all rooms, and our caring staff are trained to handle any situation calmly and effectively.

“Dad has been a resident at Clifton Hall since it opened & he has been thriving here! He has a beautiful spacious room but enjoys the lounges immensely - they are the right mix of tasteful hotel style decor & homeliness, plus wide space ideal for a wander. A huge bonus to this care home which makes it stand out compared to many others we viewed, is the outdoor space available. Dad enjoys regular fresh air & short walks in the stunning grounds, but he also has the advantage of an enormous glass enclosed balcony on his floor that patio doors open out on to - this has been a perfect place for us to sit & enjoy the view of the sports pitches and trees, so relaxing. The staff are all very good, caring, have got to know Dad very well, & the overall management & admin team excellent, great communication. Dad has also been involved in more activities than I would have expected, there are some lovely things always going on but individual choice to take part. Meals are also of excellent quality.”

The building has the feeling of a luxury hotel or spa... a place to want to be! I think by far the greatest asset of Clifton Hall is the staff. No matter what role they have, each person we have met, greets you with smiles, and a genuine wish to help. The resident is seen as a person and each member of staff takes such care and attention to engage both with the resident, but also to welcome the family into feeling they are an extended part of Clifton Hall too.
