Mobi has arrived!

Mobi has arrived!

We raised enough money to purchase “Mobi the magic table”

It has arrived and is not only pleasing the Dementia unit but all our residents and staff alike.

We even had a visit from the Old School House home in Beverley to see it  in action and they were so impressed that they also want one now!

Mobi is a high-quality projector,  with infrared sensors, speakers, and processors that work together to project games onto the table. Because the colourful objects respond to hand and arm movements, residents get to play with the light itself.

The interactive games help stimulate both physical and cognitive activity and encourage social interaction. The table helps to create treasured moments with family members and carers and the games are all about enjoyment and wonder.
