Beverley Parklands is an award winning purpose built care home in Beverley, East Yorkshire, which opened in 2017. The Home provides residential and dementia care in separate areas.
The Home is rated Outstanding by CQC, which only the top 3% of care homes nationally receive, and was a finalist for the Best New Build Care Home in the UK, 2018, at the prestigious Pinders Healthcare Design Awards.
The care home is situated off Hull Road on the outskirts of Beverley but close to local facilities like Flemingate Shopping Centre and The Potting Shed bar and restaurant. The in house facilities include two ‘street scenes’ with an in-house bar, shop, cinema, tea room and hair & beauty spa, as well as numerous fake shop fronts. These allow a wide range of activities and destinations for visiting families. The home is situated on a 1.4 acre site allowing for two large formal gardens, with an artificial bowls green and allotment, to the rear of the property. Plus outside access with terraces on all floors, including a covered roof garden on the second floor.
All the bedrooms are large with full ensuites, with the ground floor bedrooms having doors out to private patios. There are also a range of premium suites designed for couples.
