Beverley treasure

Beverley parklands are piloting a scheme from Beverley treasure house to introduce reminiscing objects of interest, this week we had royal memorabilia, we had the box for a couple of days so we could include all residents.

Objects included king George vi trinket box that was over 80 years old and books, newspapers, photos & mugs from weddings ie Diana, Charles, Fergie & Andrew etc.

Next time we will be receiving fossils as we were piloting this, we are all looking forward to the next collection arriving.

This was incorporated with coffee morning which made it really interesting and got everyone involved.

This was a fantastic morning and residents thanked us afterwards. Everyone is looking forward to what the next treasure box brings us.
