I can’t speak highly enough, it’s almost like they have bought Mum back to life again after a very long and difficult time in the hospital. Mum’s comfortable and happy and I have peace of mind, knowing she is getting the best of care. I can’t thank the Westfield Park team enough. It’s also very well managed and organised but has a welcoming and homely feel.
Jane B (Daughter of Resident) – 8th March 2021
My mother has been a resident of Westfield for almost 3 years. Throughout this time, management and staff have engaged with us to plan and implement activities and care to suit mother's needs as her requirements have changed over time. From this interaction, I know that she is receiving the best possible care in what is a very pleasant environment. During the time she has been a resident, I have visited frequently and have always been met with friendly and attentive staff and management, which is reflected in the care afforded to my mother's wellbeing and happy disposition. I am sure this extends to all residents and their relatives and friends. Since the coronavirus lockdown, I can only congratulate the staff for having coped under extremely challenging conditions in maintaining the usual high standards of care whilst keeping the virus at bay, thus confirming the high quality of safety and security procedures adopted by all.
Mike F (Son of Resident) – 22nd September 2020
I cannot sing the praises of the management and staff enough during this Covid-19 outbreak. The dedication and care they are giving to the residents, including both my aunts, during this crisis is nothing but amazing. Staff are living in the home for long periods despite them having their own families at home, they are providing regular updates to families, telephone and video calls to put everyone’s mind at ease.
